If you previously had a direct debit set up with us, we may be able to deposit the refund directly to your nominated account, if the bank or credit card account details you gave us are still valid.

If you weren’t a direct debit customer - or your bank details have changed - no problem, we’ll post you out a cheque.

By choosing ‘Deposit to nominated account’ you consent to us using the bank details you had set up with us from your former Origin direct debit
